Circle T Beef's Strip Loins are the trimmed portion of the Primal Flat Cut Loin remaining after the tenderloin, flap meat and sirloin butt portion of the wing and all bones have been removed. The finished denuded product is 100% visual lean strip loin after all cover fat, backstrap, adjacent meat, silver tissue, blue tissue, and lip are removed.
