Sterling Silver 2x2 Boneless Lip-On Ribeye is produced from the 3x4 primal rib. It is a totally boneless rib with the backstrap, blade cartilage, rib cap and blade meat removed. Finger-meat from the removal of the back ribs will be firmly attached. The lip will not exceed 1.5 inches in thickness.
