Excel's teres major muscle is produced when making the heart clod. It is a small cone-shaped muscle lying just beneath the triceps brachii, as well as under and to the posterior edge of the scapula/blade bone. The muscle fibers run parallel to the long axis of this muscle. This muscle can have some connective tissue on the external side. Product is trimmed to the silver, flake fat allowed.
